The Daughters of Charity Pastoral Care for 
Persons Living with HIV and AIDS and
their Families at Wangsaphung, Loei is at
her 6th year of service in this locality. The sisters worked in collaboration with the Wangsaphung District Hospital. The Sisters would join in the support group monthly meetings of the patients at the hospital and afterwards visit the patients in their homes.

ACTIVITIES:
- Regular home visitation
- Follow-up patients’ health condition and remind them of the instructions given by the doctors and nurses in the hospital
- Giving counseling to the patients or to the members of the family
- Supplementary food assistance to patients visited
- Bedside nursing and instruct the caregiver in the family on how to do proper bedside nursing to patient so that they can continue doing it on their own
- Referrals to hospitals and to other institutions
- Social activities for PHA and their families especially during feasts of St. Louise de Marillac, St. Vincent and on Christmas
- Coordinating with other Non-government organizations and Government Organizations
- Staff training/seminars
