For the year 2005, the Ministry for Women and Couples gradually moved towards reactivation and mobilization of women and couples in the economic sustainability through initial start up capital for income generating project and community savings. On-going formation on Faith and Spirituality was maximized to build solid Christian foundation. To strengthen the weakened enthusiasm of some core members of women/couples group, home visitation and follow-up visits in 12 villages with approximately 35 families were intensified to enhance relationship and connectivity between the members and programme.

Exposure to “cooperative and saving scheme” in Thailand
Training and exposure to various handicraft projects for women and persons with disabilities in Wangsaphung, Loei, Thailand
Public Awareness/Socialization
Attendance to religious and socio-cultural activities were opportunities that enhanced members of women/couples group to actively participate in the Church activities like Christmas Celebration and Feast of the Blessed Virgin.
